If you’re anything less than thrilled with our products, please contact us at 818.522.7484 so that we may assist you in the return of your items. We’ll gladly accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if received back in our offices within 15 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit to our website for the initial purchase price. The credit may be used for any item from our website within 12 months of issue and you’re free to select another item(s) of your choosing. Please note that we do not offer credit back to your charge card and that both the original shipping fees and your return shipping cannot be included in the credit.
