| Alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) occur naturally in foods and include citric acid (from citrus fruits), Malic acid (apples), Tartaric acid (grapes), lactic acid (milk), and glycolic acid (sugarcane). When applied to the skin, fruit acids supplement the skin's natural exfoliation process by sloughing away dead skin cells, revealing the newer, smoother cells underneath. This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. The overall percentage of AHA's is 5%. The pH is 4 to 5.
Directions for Use:
3 to 4 times per week, apply Eclat to dry skin. Gently massage into face and feel the jojoba beads exfoliate. Rinse with warm water. Skin will feel incredibly soft and smooth. Follow with Toner, Serum, and moisturizer.
